Case study one
CLIENT: A Co-working Space Operator
 
CHALLENGE: Hanry leases an individual office in a small group of offices that share a reception, kitchen, printing and conference space. “Since we have multiple companies working in this office. You can’t necessarily just tell people what to do.” They have had to make efforts to cancel subscriptions from previous tenants of their office space.
 
SOLUTION: SyncSign aims to provide distributed work desks with multiple users at once, and the optimization of meeting rooms in use.
  • Place SyncSign meeting room display and occupancy sensor to make bookings and end meetings of no shows right outside of the meeting room.
  • Place SyncSign desk sign and occupancy sensor to book ad hoc seating and show name and during time on it.
Over the period the data was gathered on how all 1000 work points (meeting rooms and all desks) were being utilized. In addition, an employee survey was distributed to collect feedback on how they used the areas and what could be improved.
 
RESULTS: After analyzing the data and the employee input, company crafted an implementation plan to improve their workspace environment and space efficiency. The results were a positive surprise to the company’s CRE team:
  • 50% improvement in space efficiency after the changes were implemented.
  • Dramatic improvement in collaboration between employees and departments were noticed by the stakeholders.

CLIENT: A general manager of the restaurant
 
CHALLENGE: He was looking for affordable, easy-to-manage and no installation required digital signage for restaurant.
 

SOLUTION: First, the client prepared for the welcome messages, other useful information and entertainment in the templates we provided on SyncSign Mobile APP & Web Portal. When those newly edited was sent to the SaaS Cloud,it forwarded an “Info Updated” notification to the SyncSign Hubs in your office to update the info on every specific display.

RESULTS: A guest’s impression of a restaurant is formed in the first 10 minutes of arrival.
