SyncSign Features
SyncSign App and Web Portal usually serve as a tool to manage the SyncSign devices (Displays and Hubs), as well as the binding relationship between the Display and Calendar Room Resources. There are three practical features that you can make better use of the Display, there are:

Draw on Screen
What is Draw on Screen?
The “Draw On Screen” feature turns the SyncSign Display into an e-ink digital whiteboard, it allows the user to type information directly through the SyncSign App/Web Portal, such as: out of the office, back until 3:00 PM, etc., and show on the e-ink screen. With many built-in templates to choose from, users can pick the template they prefer, and update any information on the screen. Making it a very straightforward way to visualize the Information.

Logo Uploading
A meeting room display that has a company logo, no doubt will increase the company branding. If the meeting room was used to host clients, partners, and visitors, it could impress them and reinforce the company’s commitment to quality and attention to detail. Who would refuse a company that honors a well-organized workspace culture?
How to upload a logo to the Display SyncSign Display also supports logo uploading, users can upload the logo through SyncSign App/Web Portal: Menu>Settings>Organization. Please also make sure that the logo needs to meet the requirements below.
- Needs to be in bitmap format (.bmp,.dib).
- A square image of up to 96px by 96px.
- Size under 100KB.
What about if the logo is not a square image? Don’t worry, the SyncSign 7.5-Inch Display can also support image uploading, no matter what the logo is in what shape.
Template
The template is the layout of the active area of the e-ink Display. To put it in a simpler way, it is the way how the subject, time, attendee, room name, and other information were shown.
SyncSign e-ink Display usually has 3 colors schemes. For example, D75C-LE supports Red, Black, and White. So, Display can display 3 colors, or Black and White.
Built-In Templates
SyncSign has many built-in templates for users to use. These templates can be previewed through the SyncSign App/Web Portal. Allowing users to choose the one that suits them best.
