How to Bind SyncSign Hot Desking Signage to Your Booking System Account

The SyncSign Digital Hot Desking Signage can integrate with a booking system and sync the desk booking information in real time. Below is how to integrate 

1. On the Hot Desking Signage, scroll to the Hot Desking. Click “Accept.”On the Hot Desking Signage, scroll to the Hot Desking. Click “Accept.”
2. In your browser, enter the IP address shown on the screen to access the Configuration page, and select “Hot Desking”.
3. Enter your Booking App Admin Username & Password, and click “Get Desk.”

Bind the Desk resource from your Booking System account. Once selected, it will display “desk info sent successfully.” The Hot Desking Signage will then automatically sync the Desk resource’s booking information.
